There are currently no delays for orders in Australia due to COVID-19. So expect your order to be sent and received quickly as per normal.
However the Pandemic has caused significant delays for the international orders that have chosen the Standard Shipping option with Australia Post.
There are only minor delays if you choose the DHL Express International options for your shipping.
Our processing and dispatching services are not affected by COVID-19.
The World Health Organisation have also advised that you are safe to receive packages that are moving from country to country: "The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
Due to COVID-19, your government will be taking steps to ensure the health and safety of your country. Because of this, your local postal courier may be facing some delays with delivering packages, or there may be additional steps in place to ensure contact is limited.
