Need a different size, colour or style? Easy.

Exchanges are usually the best option if you still love the item but just need it slightly different. Send the item back to us in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. You’ll just need to cover the cost of sending it back.

Once it arrives, we’ll send your exchange out to you. We’ll cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item your way.

If there’s a price difference, we’ll sort it out with either a refund, store credit, or an invoice for the balance.

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s still in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging.

Before choosing a refund, we always recommend checking out an exchange or store credit first. It’s usually the quickest way to get something you’ll love, especially if you just need a different size, colour or style.

If you do choose a refund, once your return arrives back to us, we’ll check it over and process it back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
