Vegan Leather Co. offer 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!
What we need you to do- Fill out the returns form below.
- Your mailer bag can be turned inside out so you can re-use the same mailer.
- Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse via a tracked service.
- Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags.
- Don't forget to keep hold of your postal tracking.
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll begin to process it as soon as possible.
- We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account. You will also get a refund confirmation email.
- If you have returned your full order to us for a refund, you will receive a refund not including the shipping costs.
A little more info
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition.
- Items purchased that are on sale are non-refundable
